Frequently Asked Questions

Question Answer
What Kind Of Music do you play at each event? The type of music we play at an event varies, dependant on the event. We tailor our music selection based on how your guests react to the previous songs played. We can play any type of music from the 1940's to today's newest chart topper.

What if my event is low key and guests will do more socializing than dancing? We see that quite frequently at many events like reunions. Whatever your event may be, we offer $100 off the normal price, if you do not want lights. This is perfect for low key events where music and possibly only a few announcements will be needed.

How many people come to each event? Usually 3-4 people come to each event. Since Music Unlimited is Family operated, most of our family comes to each event.

Do you require any sort of deposit? Yes, $100 in the form of a check or money order is required with the filled out contract.

I don't understand the Early Setup/Idle Time Fee, could you please explain it? We don't like to setup while guests are eating or while guests are arriving. So we setup before your guests arrive. $25 will be assessed per hour of time we are sitting there, or for every hour we have to setup early.

There are some songs that I would like for my event that are not listed in your song library. May I bring my own CD (if I have it on a CD) or can you go and purchase it? We prefer to buy the songs, that is how we add to our song list.

How can you entertain my guests? Not only will we entertain your guests with music, but we have our custom made limbo bar and poles, a variety of props (hats, glasses, wigs, inflatable instruments), and our newest addition, Ricky the Rockin' Raccoon.  View our mascot page for more information on Ricky. All of these ways we entertain your guests are included in the price of our services.

What is the best way of making sure you know what my expectations are for my event? Typically for weddings, we meet with couples before their wedding to finalize the plans. However, meeting with a client is not just limited to weddings. If you would like to meet for your event, even before you book us, please feel free to call or e-mail us.
